What does PD mean on the cable?

Power Delivery. It lets your phone and the charger talk to each other and settle on a voltage the phone can handle. You don’t change any settings.

What does the blue light mean?

It comes on when the charger is plugged into a socket that has power. No glow? Check the socket first, since that’s usually the problem.

Which port should I use for the fastest charge?

Plug in your phone with the PD cable from the box. The cable is what gives you the faster charge, so keep it for the device that needs the quickest top-up.

Will the V500 fast charge my phone?

Yes, if it supports USB Power Delivery. Most recent iPhones and many Android phones do. Phones that don’t will still charge, just at their own pace.

Can I use my own cable instead of the one in the box?
