Damaged Product Exchange Policy

Each Faster PAKISTAN product undergoes close inspection before leaving our warehouse, but it could still be damaged on its way to you.

If your Faster PAKISTAN product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the kit in question. Our customer service team will give further instructions, and an exchange will be arranged once the returned product has reached our warehouse.

Product Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after receiving the product. Therefore, we accept returns within seven days after you receive your product.

How to Request a Product Return

Return requests must be submitted to the Faster PAKISTAN Facebook page within seven days after you receive your product (based on the package delivery date provided by tracking detail). The product must be unopened in order to qualify for a refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. Our team will inspect the product before beginning the refund process. All refund requests made after seven days of receiving the order will not be accepted.

Customized Product Return Policy

Since customized products are tailor-made to you, they do not qualify for a 100% refund. A 50% fee will be charged for any refund on a customized product.

Shipping Charges and Custom Duty

Shipping charges and paid customs duty are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Form of Refund

The refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Actual fund arrivals are subject to your form of payment and the bank involved and may take up to 4 weeks to fully process.
