1. Defective or Damaged Products:
Customers must report defective or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the return process, and after verifying the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund.
2. Conditions for Refund/Replacement:
Refunds or replacements are processed only if the complete product, including packaging and accessories, is returned. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
We do not accept returns for defect-free products based on look & feel, minor color differences, or sound quality.
4. Incorrect Orders:
If the product delivered does not match your order (description, color, type), we will provide a reverse pickup service (if available in your area) and replace the item.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or replacements due to disliking or non-satisfaction.
6. Processing Time:
