How do I recharge the PV10-20K?

Plug a 45W charger into the Type-C port or the built in Type-C cable.

Is it okay to carry on a flight?

It is rated for use on a plane. Keep it in your carry-on bag instead of checked luggage, and check your airline’s rules before you fly.

Does it work with both iPhone and Android?

Yes. The built in Lightning cable is for iPhones, and the Type-C cable and Type-C port cover Android phones and most modern devices. The USB-A port handles everything else.

Can it charge several devices together?

Yes, it has four outputs: the USB-A port, the Type-C port and the two attached cables. Power is divided between all connected devices, so each one charges a bit slower when you use more than one at a time.

Is the Lightning cable fast enough for an iPhone?

It gives up to 10.5W. That is enough for a steady iPhone charge, but it is slower than the Type-C output.

Does it work in hot or cold weather?

The bank can charge itself when the temperature is between 0°C and 45°C. When it is powering your devices, it keeps working from minus 10°C to 60°C, so heat or cold should not be a problem.

How do I know how much charge is left?

Press the power button. The LED display shows what is left.

Can it charge earbuds, smartwatches and tablets?

Yes. Earbuds and smartwatches can use the USB-A or Type-C port with their own cables. For a tablet, use the attached Type-C cable or the Type-C port.
